    Problem 1:
    The older file and the newer file date & time is inverted.
    Problem 2:
    The data & time display did not consider the time zone difference.
    Compare
    “Synchronize Scrolling with Options” have the same problems.
    All Commands: Edit > Insert > Date and Time (SHIFT+F5) data & time is correct.
